We are on a mission to change our lives. We want to be healthy, strong and free of our outershell. We are best friends, God brought us together through our husbands, we are also sister-in-laws. We got fatter together, as we spent much of our time together with food. Now we are going to get healthier and skinnier together. We are a great support system for each other. We are different in alot of ways, just as our favorite colors are opposites on the color wheel, but just as our colors do, we compliment each other. We are going to do this together and we will be victorious. We have completely changed our lifestyle. We are eating healthier foods and keeping a journal documenting our food and exercise. We are at the gym 5 to 6 days a week for 2-4 hours. We do cardio and weight training. Each week we set up personal goals for the week. Such as weight loss, calorie intake, calories burned, miles walked and jogged and water intake.
